Training to be an accountant
We are a registered training practice with the ICAEW, ACCA and AAT.
Each year we take on a number of students from the professional bodies and offer a training programme over a three-year contract, which enables employees to experience client work in small businesses to large audits of owner-managed companies.
We offer trainees a balance of working in a smaller team environment with that of working for a larger firm. Our environment is personal, friendly and supportive, but with the same commitment to training offered by the larger firms. We place a great deal of emphasis on developing new business and working closely with clients and as a result, we offer guidance and tuition to help prepare you for your exams, as well as a consistent method to work experience.
Balancing study and work experience is important and we use a specialist firm of tutors to provide you with a thorough classroom and home-study programme.
We pay for all the costs of your professional exams. This includes training courses, manuals, textbooks and examination fees. During your training contract you'll have all your study leave on full pay in addition to your five weeks annual holiday.
