From 1 July 2011, The Bribery Act came into force.  If you are in business, you must be aware of the contents of The Act and comply with it.

Many of The Act’s provisions are not new, but consolidate some old legislation that had been in place at the time of the First World War!  The new Act incorporates the changes necessary for the UK to bring into law the requirement of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation & Development (OECD) Convention.
